BAB Steering Hydraulics, Inc.  14554 Whittram, Fontana, CA 92335

          JANUARY 2001

Volume 5 Issue 20

have received many calls inquiring about a perceived part number change. While it is  true that we have added a 1, 2 or 3 at the end of each part itemized on your invoice we have not changed the basic part number. We are still using the recognized industry standard part number for heavy duty steering gears.

The 1, 2, or 3 after our part number is an internal control or inventory control number. It designates which of our locations shipped  the unit.

Examples:

HFB64082-X1 Shipped from California

    HFB64082-X2    Shipped from Ohio

    HFB64082-X
3    Shipped from Georgia

All steering gear, steering pump, steering cylinder part numbers and any change over kits or parts purchased should have a 1, 2 or 3 after the part number.

Up and down, up and down!
