NEW WARRANTY
POLICY AND PROCEDURES

THE FIRST WARRANTY CLAIM


IF A FIRST WARRANTY CLAIM OCCURS THE DISTRIBUTOR MAY REPLACE THE COMPONENT AT NO CHARGE AND BE ASSURED OF A WARRANTY CREDIT OR A POLICY CREDIT ON ANY NORMAL WAREHOUSE STOCKING ITEM. THE COMPONENT CLAIMED TO BE DEFECTIVE MAY BE RETURNED WITH THE DISTRIBUTORS CORE RETURN AND WILL COUNT AS WEIGHT FOR PREPAID CORE RETURN REQUIREMENTS. ( see tag requirements below )


ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE FACTORY WITHIN 90 DAYS. IF THE PRODUCT IS A SPECIAL ORDER, (NOT AVAILABLE AT THE FACTORY OR CUSTOMERS CORE WAS ORIGINALLY REMANUFACTURED)  IT MAY BE REQUIRED TO SEND THE UNIT BACK TO THE FACTORY, FREIGHT COLLECT WITHIN 30 DAYS

PLEASE NOTE : FREIGHT ON ALL COMPONENTS DETERMINED BY THE FACTORY TO BE NON-DEFECTIVE WILL BE CHARGED BACK TO DISTRIBUTOR.

1 ) DISTRIBUTOR MUST CALL THE BAB ORDER DESK  1- 800- 783-5222 TO RECEIVE A WARRANTY NUMBER.

NO WARRANTY MAY BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A NUMBER

) DISTRIBUTOR WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO COMPLETE A WARRANTY CLAIM, AND RECEIVE WARRANTY NUMBER.
